✅ 14-Day Window: Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
✅ Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached (exceptions: defective electronics).
✅ Refund Method: Original payment, processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Opened beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Final sale items (marked at checkout)
❌ Custom-made or personalized products

How to Return

1. Email returns@emeraldbay.com with your order # and reason for return.

2. We’ll send a prepaid return label (U.S. only) or instructions.

3. Ship back within 7 days of approval.
